Summary

This study tests if a small, portable nerve stimulation device worn at home can reduce sudden urges to urinate in people with overactive bladder. Sixty adults aged 18 to 65 will either use the device during daily activities for two weeks or receive standard clinic-based sessions. The goal is to see if the at-home approach works as well as clinic visits for improving bladder control and quality of life.
