Polish heart registry aims to improve blocked artery treatments

Summary
This study is a registry that will collect information from 1,000 people in Poland who are having a procedure to open a completely blocked heart artery (called CTO PCI) as part of their normal care. The goal is to see how safe and effective these procedures are in everyday practice, and to learn which techniques work best. Participants will have their medical data recorded during and after the procedure, but no experimental treatments are given.
