Summary

This study looked at whether a type of physical therapy called proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) can help people with Parkinson's disease improve their trunk mobility, walking, and balance, and reduce fear of falling. The study involved 42 participants with mild to moderate Parkinson's. Researchers measured changes in movement, confidence, and quality of life after the therapy.
