Summary

This study tests a new drug called PLL001 in 153 adults with ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease). The goal is to see if it is safe and can slow the disease, improve daily function, and extend survival. Participants will receive daily injections of PLL001 or a placebo for up to 48 weeks, with an option to continue the drug in an open-label extension.
