Summary
This study tested whether adding a supplement called Imunoglukan P4H® (made from pleuran, a mushroom extract) to standard care (nasal sprays and rinses) could reduce sinus flare-ups, respiratory infections, and the need for antibiotics in people over 12 with newly diagnosed chronic sinusitis without nasal polyps. 85 participants were followed to see if the supplement helped control the disease better than standard care alone.
