New hope for men with limited spread prostate cancer: targeted therapy trial

Summary
This study tests whether adding targeted radiation or surgery to all visible cancer spots, alongside standard hormone therapy, can better control prostate cancer that has spread to a few places (up to 5). About 409 men with hormone-sensitive prostate cancer that has not spread widely are taking part. The goal is to see if this extra treatment delays cancer progression compared to standard care alone.
