First seen Jan 08, 2026 · Last updated May 10, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study looked at whether a simple blood test can detect genetic changes from lung cancer tumors. Researchers tested 200 patients with non-small cell or small cell lung cancer to see if the test could track how the disease changes over time. The goal was to find a less invasive way to monitor cancer without needing repeated tumor biopsies.
