This study tests whether gentle belly massage can reduce period pain and improve quality of life in women with painful periods, with or without endometriosis. About 80 women will be randomly assigned to receive either real massage or a light touch (sham) over three menstrual cycles. Researchers will measure tissue stiffness using ultrasound and track pain levels and daily functioning.
