Can a buddy system help women with HIV and high blood pressure get moving?

Summary

This study looks at whether a 12-week exercise program with support from a peer is something women with HIV and high blood pressure will stick with and find helpful. About 50 women aged 40 and older will take part. The goal is to see if the program is easy to follow and if it helps with blood pressure and daily activity.
