Summary
This study tests whether a 12-week physical activity program can help teens aged 13–18 with chronic kidney disease (stages II–V) become more active. Participants will wear a Fitbit to track their moderate-to-vigorous exercise. The goal is to see if the program increases daily activity and improves quality of life.
