Summary

This study looks at how physical activity changes during pregnancy in women with type 1 or type 2 diabetes, and how it relates to blood sugar control and mental health. About 175 pregnant women will wear activity monitors and complete surveys. The goal is to learn what support they need to stay active, which may improve future care.
