This study looked at 207 older adults (65+) who came to the emergency room with a heart attack or related condition. Researchers measured their usual physical activity levels and tracked heart problems and deaths over time. They found that people who were more active had fewer serious heart events and better survival, suggesting that staying active helps protect older hearts.
