Summary
This study tests whether a physical activity program can improve health and well-being in midlife Hispanic women who have elevated blood pressure and are going through menopause. Forty women aged 45-50 will wear activity monitors and be guided to increase their physical activity. The goal is to see if this approach can ease symptoms and improve heart health.
