Summary
This study tested a program called 'Tiempo Juntos para la Salud' (Time Together for Health) to encourage moderate physical activity in 234 Spanish-speaking Latinos aged 55 and older with mild cognitive impairment. Participants attended activity sessions and had their physical activity, heart health, sleep, and thinking skills measured over a year. The goal was to see if the program could help improve these areas.
