Summary
This study tested whether whole-body light therapy (photobiomodulation) can help professional soccer players perform better and recover faster. Thirty male players received either real or sham light treatment before exercise. Researchers measured muscle damage markers and jump height over 72 hours to see if the light therapy made a difference.
