Summary
This study tested if whole-body light therapy (photobiomodulation) can help professional soccer players perform better and recover from muscle damage. 30 male players received either real or fake light treatment before exercise. Researchers measured muscle damage markers and jump height over 72 hours to see if the light therapy reduced soreness and improved performance.
