Summary

This study is evaluating a telephone support program called SUSTAIN, designed to help manage depression, anxiety, and chronic pain in older adults. The program provides check-in calls, education, and care coordination for 4,000 seniors in Pennsylvania. Researchers want to see how well the program works and which participants benefit most from this type of remote support.
