New drug cocktail aims to shrink Hard-to-Treat breast cancer

Summary
This early-phase study tests whether adding an experimental drug (ASTX727) to standard chemotherapy and immunotherapy can safely shrink or stabilize tumors in people with metastatic triple-negative breast cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. About 32 adults will take part to find the best dose and check for side effects. The goal is to improve cancer control, not to cure the disease.
