Summary

This study looks at whether pharmacists can help hospitality workers in New Orleans avoid diabetes. About 300 adults who work in hotels, restaurants, or similar jobs and are at risk for prediabetes will take part. They will attend lifestyle education sessions, get wellness tools like fitness trackers, and receive referrals to healthcare resources. The goal is to see if these efforts improve knowledge and healthy behaviors to prevent diabetes.
