Summary

This study tests a new medicine, PF-08634404, for adults with advanced kidney cancer that has spread. The goal is to see if the drug, given alone or with other cancer treatments, can shrink tumors and is safe. Participants must not have had prior treatment for their advanced cancer. The medicine is given through an IV at a clinic.
