New hope for advanced kidney cancer: experimental drug enters human trials

Summary

This study tests a new medicine, PF-08634404, in adults with advanced kidney cancer that has spread. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can shrink tumors when used alone or with other cancer drugs. About 224 participants who have not had prior treatment for their advanced cancer will receive the drug through an IV. This is an early-phase trial focused on safety and tumor response, not a cure.
