Summary

This early-phase study tests an experimental drug called PF-08046876 in about 310 adults with advanced cancers of the bladder, lung, head and neck, esophagus, or pancreas that have not responded to standard treatments. The drug is a type of 'antibody drug conjugate' designed to stick to cancer cells and kill them directly. The main goals are to check safety, find the best dose, and see if the drug can shrink tumors.
