New drug targets tough cancers: early trial seeks safer, smarter treatment

Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called PF-08046876 in people with advanced cancers of the bladder, lung, head and neck, esophagus, or pancreas. The drug is designed to stick to cancer cells and kill them directly. The main goals are to check safety, find the best dose, and see if it shrinks tumors. About 310 adults whose cancer has not responded to standard treatments will take part.
