New cancer pill shows promise in early trial for advanced tumors

Summary
This study tests a new cancer pill (PF-08032562) in people with advanced breast or colorectal cancer that has spread. The goal is to find the safest dose and see how well it works alone or with other treatments. About 260 adults will take the pill daily in 28-day cycles, with some also receiving injections or infusions.
