Summary

This study with 2000 adults aged 30-75 who have new, stable chest pain tests whether using personalized risk models can safely reduce the number of diagnostic heart tests. Researchers will also evaluate a new laser technique that measures blood flow in the hand's tiny vessels, which might reflect heart microvascular health. The goal is to see if a smarter, less invasive approach maintains quality of life and symptom relief after 12 months.
