Summary
This study tests whether a Personalized Therapeutics Clinic (PTC) can lower the risk of harmful drug interactions in cancer patients. Participants get genetic testing to see how their medications interact with each other and with their genes. The goal is to help doctors prescribe more safely and reduce side effects.
