First seen Apr 02, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study looks at whether giving chemotherapy before and after surgery (plus heated chemotherapy inside the abdomen) helps people with colorectal cancer that has spread to the lining of the belly live longer compared to having surgery alone. About 358 adults with resectable tumors will be randomly assigned to one of the two groups. The main goal is to see which approach improves overall survival.
