Stress-Busting combo tested in ovarian cancer surgery

Summary
This study tests whether a combination of two drugs (propranolol and etodolac) plus mind-body training and music therapy can reduce stress in women with advanced ovarian cancer undergoing surgery. About 35 participants will be randomly assigned to receive this bundle or standard care. The main goal is to see if the approach is feasible and well-tolerated.
