Phone coaching gets seniors moving after lung surgery

Summary
This study tests whether telephone-based physical activity coaching can improve physical function in adults aged 65 and older who are having lung cancer surgery, as well as their family caregivers. Participants will either receive regular coaching calls or track their own activity. The goal is to see if remote coaching helps maintain strength and mobility during recovery.
