First seen Nov 17, 2025 · Last updated May 10, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study looked at how DNA from tumors changes in the blood before, during, and after surgery for breast, prostate, or colon cancer. Thirty adults having curative surgery provided blood samples to track these DNA levels. The goal was to gather basic information that could help design future studies on how different surgical methods or drugs might affect cancer spread.
