Summary

This study looks at two different approaches to help pregnant and postpartum people get better mental health care. About 1 in 5 experience anxiety or depression during this time. The study will involve 1,270 participants across 32 clinics in the U.S. to see whether a healthcare-only model or a healthcare-plus-community-partner model works best.
