New combo therapy targets tough pancreatic cancer in 20-Patient trial

Summary
This study tests whether combining two drugs, pembrolizumab and olaparib, can shrink tumors in people with advanced pancreatic cancer that has certain genetic changes (high tumor mutation burden or mismatch repair deficiency). About 20 adults who have had no more than one prior treatment will receive the combination. The main goal is to see how many patients respond, while also monitoring side effects.
