Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs, pembrolizumab and olaparib, in people with advanced pancreatic cancer that has spread to other parts of the body. To join, participants must have tumors with high mutation levels or specific DNA repair problems. The goal is to see if this treatment shrinks tumors and how safe it is.
