This study tests a new treatment for people with aggressive brain tumors like glioblastoma. It combines a genetically modified virus (M032) that attacks tumor cells and boosts the immune system, with the immunotherapy drug pembrolizumab. The goal is to see if this combination is safe and helps people live longer. About 28 adults whose tumors have come back after standard treatment will take part.
