New combo therapy targets brain tumors in breast, lung, and other cancers

Summary
This study tests whether two drugs, pembrolizumab and lenvatinib, can shrink brain metastases in people with triple-negative breast cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, or other solid tumors. About 104 participants will receive the combination therapy. The goal is to see how well the treatment works on brain tumors while managing side effects.
