Targeted limb infusion plus immunotherapy may delay sarcoma progression

Summary
This study tests whether adding the immunotherapy drug pembrolizumab to chemotherapy drugs (melphalan and dactinomycin) delivered directly to the affected arm or leg can safely delay cancer growth. About 30 people with advanced or spreading sarcoma in a limb will take part. The goal is to see if this combination helps keep the disease from getting worse for at least 6 months.
