Summary
This study tests whether adding the immunotherapy drug pembrolizumab can help men whose advanced prostate cancer has stopped responding to the standard drug enzalutamide. About 58 men with castration-resistant prostate cancer that has spread will receive pembrolizumab while continuing enzalutamide. The main goal is to see if this combination can lower PSA levels by at least 50%.
