Summary
This study is for people with triple-negative breast cancer whose tumor did not completely disappear after initial chemotherapy plus immunotherapy. The goal is to see if adding two drugs—pembrolizumab and capecitabine—after surgery can help prevent the cancer from coming back. About 220 adults will take part, and the main focus is on how long they stay free of invasive cancer.
