Summary
This phase 2 trial tests whether adding pembrolizumab (an immunotherapy) to capecitabine (chemotherapy) after standard treatment can prevent triple-negative breast cancer from coming back. It includes 220 adults who still have cancer after initial chemo-immunotherapy. Participants will receive the drugs for several months, plus radiation if needed. The main goal is to see if this approach improves how long people stay cancer-free.
