Summary
This study tests if a pelvic floor yoga program done via video calls can reduce chronic pelvic pain in women. 220 women with pelvic pain for at least 6 months will be randomly assigned to yoga or a physical conditioning program. Both programs are done from home. The main goal is to see if yoga lowers pain intensity over 4 months.
