Summary
This study tested whether a special pelvic floor exercise program, based on the Health Belief Model, can help reduce urinary incontinence and improve quality of life in women with multiple sclerosis. 46 women participated, and researchers measured changes in incontinence severity and quality of life after 3 months. The goal was to find a non-drug way to manage this common MS symptom.
