This study tested whether teaching pelvic floor muscle exercises using a health belief model can help women with multiple sclerosis who have bladder leakage. Forty-six women participated, with one group learning the exercises and the other continuing usual care. Researchers measured changes in incontinence severity and quality of life after three months.
