Summary
This study tested a device called Pelvic Clock® to help men recover bladder control and sexual function after robotic prostate cancer surgery. 60 men aged 55-80 took part. The device was compared to standard pelvic floor exercises. The goal was to see if more men could achieve cancer control, be dry, and have erections good enough for sex by 6 months after surgery.
