Summary

This study tests whether a peer support program is practical and helpful for people starting or continuing hormone care who also have mild depression or anxiety. About 100 participants will be randomly assigned to either the peer support program or standard care, and followed for 6 months. The goal is to see if the program is acceptable and safe, and if it can improve mental well-being.
