Summary
This study uses health insurance claims data from Korea to count how many children under 18 have Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis, and how their treatment changes as they grow. Researchers will look at patterns of medication use, hospital visits, and costs over several years. No new treatments are being tested—this is purely an observational study to gather information.
