Summary
This study tested whether an ultrasound-guided PECS nerve block could reduce opioid use and improve pain control in 70 women undergoing breast cancer surgery. Participants received either the nerve block or standard care. The goal was to see if the block could lower the need for painkillers and boost patient satisfaction.
