AI chatbot aims to support new Moms' recovery and ease loneliness

Summary

This study tests whether a chatbot can help first-time mothers learn about pelvic floor health and feel less lonely after childbirth. About 130 new moms will be randomly assigned to either standard care or standard care plus a 4-week chatbot. Researchers will compare knowledge, loneliness, and symptoms between the groups.
