Summary
This study looks at whether eating peanuts daily can improve blood sugar, blood pressure, thinking skills, and gut health in people with prediabetes. Researchers will enroll 72 adults aged 20-59 who have prediabetes but are otherwise healthy. Participants will eat peanuts or avoid them for set periods, then switch, so everyone gets both experiences.
