Summary
This study compares three common treatments—birth control pills, progesterone, and inositol—to see which works best for restoring regular periods in women with PCOS. About 150 women aged 18-40 will take one of the treatments for 6 months. The goal is to find effective options that may be safer for those who cannot take birth control.
