Summary
This study looks at whether combining Paula exercises (a type of pelvic floor training) with tibial nerve stimulation (a non-invasive nerve treatment) can help women with stress urinary incontinence. The goal is to reduce leakage, strengthen pelvic muscles, improve sexual function, and boost quality of life. About 52 women who have had at least two vaginal deliveries and have had symptoms for three months or more will take part.
