Summary

This study looks at how different patient positions and doses of a numbing drug (bupivacaine) affect spinal anesthesia for urogenital surgery. About 100 adults will be randomly placed in one of four groups, combining a lower or standard dose with lying flat or head-down position. The goal is to find the best balance between good numbness and stable blood pressure.
