First seen Jun 29, 2026 · Last updated Jun 30, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tests whether a targeted nerve block (fascia iliaca compartment block) can control pain as well as spinal anesthesia during surgery to remove a blood clot from the leg artery. About 84 adults aged 40-65 scheduled for this surgery will receive either the nerve block or spinal anesthesia. The main goal is to compare pain scores after the operation.
