New tool helps colon polyp patients make tough treatment choices

Summary
This study looks at whether a special decision aid helps patients with a cancerous colon polyp choose between more surgery or careful monitoring. About 110 adults in Denmark will use the aid during their doctor visit. The goal is to see if it changes treatment choices and improves patient satisfaction.
