Can being kinder to yourself ease Parkinson's?
NCT ID NCT07488351
First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at how self-compassion (being kind to yourself) and self-efficacy (believing you can manage your health) relate to Parkinson's symptoms, daily function, and quality of life. About 100 adults with mild-to-moderate Parkinson's will fill out questionnaires and do a walking test. The goal is to understand these mental factors better, not to test a treatment.
