Summary

This study follows 300 people with Parkinson's disease who still have movement symptoms despite taking standard medications. Researchers will collect data over up to 5 years through questionnaires, diaries, medical records, blood samples, and a digital device. The goal is to better understand how the disease changes over time and what challenges patients and their caregivers face in real life.
