Summary

This study observes 300 people with Parkinson's disease who still have movement problems despite taking standard medications. Researchers will collect data on symptoms, treatments, and daily challenges over up to 5 years. The goal is to better understand how the disease changes over time and what patients and caregivers experience. No new treatments are tested; participants continue their usual care.
