Summary
This study looks at whether free exercise classes in community parks help older adults improve their health. Researchers will analyze data from 1,000 Miami-Dade County residents aged 50+ who participate in regular park-based fitness sessions. The program includes aerobic exercise, strength training, and balance activities offered 2-3 times per week to help control conditions like high blood pressure and obesity.
